Puerto Vallarta City tour
If you want to explore Puerto Vallarta and the surroundings in just one day; this is
the perfect tour for you.
We will pick you up at your hotel or at the cruise ship terminal and we will head to "The
Malecon" in downtown Puerto Vallarta. See the famous Boy and Sea Horse sculpture,
the Papantla flyers and stroll the Malecon to the main square of Puerto Vallarta. Visit
the iconic Our Lady of Guadalupe church and the Los Arcos open air amphitheater.
After that, we will take you the Romantic Zone and will travel southwards. Where ever
we can we will make a stop at the viewpoints, such as the other "Los Arcos"; the rock
formation which is a famous landmark and a great place for snorkeling. Further south,
we will stop in Mismaloya, where the movie "The night of the Iguana" was filmed.
Unfortunately the actual movie set is closed to the public but we will visit the viewpoint.
Then it is Tequila time! We will take you to a place where a Tequila expert will explain
the whole process and of course you can try all flavours.
After you have seen all of the highlights of the area, we can give you several options
to complete your city tour:
After the tour we will bring you back to your hotel, the cruise ship terminal, or if you
prefer, we can drop you off downtown so that you can visit the flea market/Mercado,
and shop till you drop..
Cruise ship passengers: We give a No Port No Pay guarantee for all our private
tours by Van.
Do you travel with more than 10 passengers? We can organize the same tour for your
group in a comfortable, air conditioned bus with a bathroom .
City Tour Rates:
Private tour by Van: 40US per hour, 1-10 passengers. You will need about 6 hours to
see it all.
Private tour by Bus: 400US in total, 6 hours, up to 46 passengers.
This includes a bilingual guide and a bottle of water for all passengers.
Not included are extras like the Canopy tour (for a discounted rate) or entrance to the
Botanical gardens (about 5US per person). The boat trip to Las Animas is only 5US per
person. Lunch is not included but we will give you several options.

Vallarta. Visit the gardens and trails, the plantation style restaurant, shop and
see the butterfly collection or head down to the cool fresh river for a dip.
- Hit the beach! Superior Tours Vallarta has exclusive arrangements with a boat
operator in Boca de Tomatlan that will bring you to one of the most beautiful
beaches in Puerto Vallarta: Las Animas. This beach can only be reached by
boat. There are many facilities there; restaurants, beach chairs and don´t forget
the pie ladies!. Enjoy activities like the banana boat rides, jet skis and
parasailing.
